Seacrets is seeking dynamic and organized individuals to join our office team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fun and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a multi line telephone console to provide information to callers regarding the property, entertainment, tours and dining
- Answer incoming calls with a professional attitude and pleasant phone voice; screens and routes call to appropriate department
- Take messages or transfer to voicemail for unavailable staff
- Greet in-person visitors, employees and others in a professional and courteous manner at the front desk
- Performs general clerical functions including data entry, memos, mail processing, and filing
- Operate general office equipment such as a PC, adding machine, copy machine, and fax.
- Assist with accounting functions – counting money, preparing deposits, reconciling daily accounting reports, preparing paperwork for archival and storage
- Directly assist Human Resources Manager and Office Manager as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Prior experience with multi-line telephone system, accounting, and cash handling a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to work a 40 hour week – Monday through Friday with an occasional weekend shift (if needed)
- Prefer someone that can work through September.
- Hours are between 9am and 5pm
