IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
FULL TIME
PREFERRED CANDIDATE IS FAMILIAR WITH:
- Concepts like WAN, LAN, TCP, VLAN, VPN, SSH, DNS, DHCP
- Microsoft Software including Microsoft Office, MS Servers in an Active Directory domain environment.
- Google Workspace tools, such as Google Drive, Gmail and Google Sheets.
- Quickbooks administrative support.
- MDM platforms for Apple hardware (iPads, OSX Based Apple PC’s)
- Digital signage and scheduling software like Daktronics.
- Terrestrial and internet radio broadcast concepts and hardware.
- Web streaming platforms such as Box Cast, and similar.
- Some familiarity with an on-site PBX based digital phone system preferred.
- Some experience working with Raspberry Pi’s
CANDIDATE PREFERABLY HAS 3+ YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH:
- Supporting end users with software and hardware issues, including laptops, PCs, MFP style network printers, and point of sale.
- Retail and restaurant point of sale platforms.
- Oracle Micros Simphony
- Toast Point of Sale
- Meraki Networks, and Ubiquiti Unifi products.
- ENCO DAD or similar radio automation software and equipment.
CANDIDATE MUST:
- Be able to carry 50lbs or more.
- Be capable of communicating clearly with Third Party Vendors and following up on cases.
- Be willing to work weekends and nights when required.
Compensation:
- Salary Range $45,000-$55,000
- 401(k) Plan (after 1 year of service)
