HOPE, REIMAGINED. For over a decade, Diakonia has been working toward a vision for a Supportive Living Campus that will expand the ability to serve individuals, families, and Veterans across Maryland’s Lower Eastern Shore.
After years of planning, months of quietly building momentum, and incredible support from our community, the quiet phase is OVER. The Capital Campaign is going PUBLIC!
Join us as we celebrate how far they’ve come and invite the entire community to help carry this vision forward.
