Maintenance Manager
Seacrets opened in 1988 as a Jamaican-themed, locals-only tiki bar serving cool drinks, tasty island recipes and great live entertainment on the Assawoman Bay. Since then, it has become one of the largest entertainment resorts in the U.S., featuring 18 unique bars, 5 performance areas, a casual dining restaurant, a clothing line, liquor store, boutique, distillery and even a world-famous radio station. Seacrets has a capacity of over 4600 people, and a staff of 500+ employees during the summer months.

Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced Full Time, Year Round Maintenance Manager to oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring all systems and equipment are running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the maintenance team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the upkeep of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Manage maintenance budgets, including forecasting, expense tracking, and cost control.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve facility-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Oversee vendor management, including procurement and evaluation of services and parts.
- Interview candidates, schedule employees, and review payroll for maintenance staff.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful team leadership and project management.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to emergency situations.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Experience in operating heavy equipment / machinery
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
- OSHA certifications preferred
