Office Staff – Seasonal 2024

Seacrets is seeking dynamic and organized individuals to join our office team.  This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fun and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a multi line telephone console to provide information to callers regarding the property, entertainment, tours and dining
  • Answer incoming calls with a professional attitude and pleasant phone voice; screens and routes call to appropriate department
  • Take messages or transfer to voicemail for unavailable staff
  • Greet in-person visitors, employees and others in a professional and courteous manner at the front desk
  • Performs general clerical functions including data entry, memos, mail processing, and filing
  • Operate general office equipment such as a PC, adding machine, copy machine, and fax.
  • Assist with accounting functions – counting money, preparing deposits, reconciling daily accounting reports, preparing paperwork for archival and storage
  • Directly assist Human Resources Manager and Office Manager as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience with multi-line telephone system, accounting, and cash handling a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be able to work a 40 hour week – Monday through Friday with an occasional weekend shift (if needed)
  • Prefer someone that can work through September.
  • Hours are between 9am and 5pm
